The service at Ace Auto Glass was superb. I requested an estimate online and received it within the same day; both over the phone and via e-mail (4 days later I have yet to receive an estimate from other companies).
When I called on Monday the owner, Mike, patiently answered all my questions and even assisted me with the insurance claim over the phone, staying on the line, answering their questions. Once the insurance claim was filed, he worked hard trying to set up an appointment for me for that same day and when it wasn't able to happen was flexible working with my schedule.
After deciding on a time for next week; Mike even called me back a few hours later letting me know that an appointment for the same day became available.
I am completely satisfied with the service. They came to the house at the appointed time (They come to you!) and charged the exact amount quoted in their estimate.
I highly recommend Ace Auto Glass and will refer them to my friends and family without hesitation. It is so nice to do business with a place that understands that both customer service and great work are important. Thank you Ace Auto Glass!
